Things needed For Visa?

Passport: A valid passport with a minimum validity of six months beyond the intended stay in Rwanda.
Completed Application Form: Applicants must fill out the visa application form accurately and truthfully.
Flight Ticket: You must show proof of a booked return or onward flight ticket.
Travel Itinerary: Proof of travel arrangements, including flight bookings and accommodation reservations.
Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate: Travellers must provide a yellow fever vaccination certificate upon arrival in Rwanda.

Rwanda Visa Types

Types of Visa

Tourist Visa: The tourist visa is suitable for travellers visiting Rwanda for leisure, tourism, or gorilla trekking. It allows for a single or multiple entries within the visa validity period, typically ranging from 30 to 90 days depending on the applicant's nationality.
Business Visa:Business travellers intending to conduct commercial or professional activities in Rwanda can apply for a business visa. This visa category permits multiple entries and is ideal for individuals attending meetings, conferences, or engaging in trade and investment.
Transit Visa:The transit visa is designed for travellers passing through Rwanda en route to their final destination. It allows for a short stay in the country, usually for a maximum of 72 hours, and is suitable for those with connecting flights or onward travel.

Travel Validity

The Rwanda eVisa allows single entry and is valid for 30 to 90 days from the date of approval.

If visiting Uganda, Kenya, and Rwanda, consider the East Africa Tourist Visa for seamless multi-country travel.

Minor Travellers

Every traveller, including minors, must have their own eVisa.

Parents or legal guardians must apply on behalf of children under 18.

Rejection Reasons
