Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be welcomed by our driver-guide and escorted to your Arusha hotel.
Take some time to rest or explore the bustling town on your own. In the evening, you’ll meet with the safari coordinator for an in-depth briefing about the upcoming itinerary.
Overnight Stay
Depart Arusha after breakfast, driving to Lake Manyara National Park through scenic landscapes.
Once you enter the park, keep an eye out for its famed tree-climbing lions, abundant birdlife, and playful troops of baboons. You’ll break for lunch at a picnic site with views of the lake, then continue game viewing into the afternoon. Late in the day, transfer to your nearby lodge or tented camp for dinner and a well-deserved rest.
Overnight Stay
Enjoy an early breakfast before driving up into the Ngorongoro highlands.
Descend into the crater, a natural amphitheatre brimming with wildlife. As you drive across the crater floor, you might witness large lion prides, spotted hyenas, and the critically endangered black rhino. After a thrilling morning, relish a picnic lunch by a hippo pool. In the afternoon, ascend to the crater rim and proceed to a lodge in the area for a relaxing evening.
Overnight Stay
Travel from Ngorongoro to the legendary Serengeti National Park.
You’ll be greeted by sweeping plains that host Africa’s greatest concentration of large mammals. Pause for a game drive en route, searching for herds of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles, along with predators like lions and cheetahs. By sundown, arrive at your lodge or tented camp deep in the Serengeti for dinner and overnight, immersed in the sounds of the African bush.
Overnight Stay
Rise early for one last game drive in the Serengeti, when many predators are most active.
Return to camp for breakfast, then transfer to the local airstrip for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar. Upon landing, you’ll be met and transferred to your beach resort, where you can unwind with the warm ocean breeze and tropical views.
Overnight Stay
These two days are dedicated to pure relaxation and exploration at your own pace.
Lounge on the white sandy beaches, swim in turquoise waters, or indulge in water sports like snorkeling or diving. You may also consider a spice tour or cultural excursion to Stone Town, learning about Zanzibar’s rich trading history. Evenings can be spent savoring fresh seafood dinners and enjoying the laid-back island atmosphere.
Overnight Stay
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast by the ocean before checking out.
Depending on your flight schedule, you can spend a few last hours at the beach or shopping for souvenirs in Stone Town. Later, you’ll be transferred to the airport for a domestic flight back to Arusha or an international departure, bringing your Tanzanian safari and beach holiday to a close.
