Day 1 : Arrival in Nairobi - Transfer to Samburu
Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or pickup from your hotel in Nairobi, you will embark on a scenic drive to Samburu National Reserve. Enjoy the changing landscapes as you leave the bustling city behind and head north. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and some relaxation. In the late afternoon, set out for your first game drive in the reserve, home to unique species like the Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, and gerenuk. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2 : Exploring Samburu National Reserve
After an early breakfast, spend the entire day exploring Samburu National Reserve. Morning and afternoon game drives will offer you the opportunity to spot the diverse wildlife and bird species that inhabit the area. Between game drives, enjoy leisure time at your lodge, where you can swim, relax, and take in the stunning views. Meals will be served at the lodge, ensuring a comfortable and immersive experience in the wild.
Day 3 : Samburu to Sweetwaters - Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After breakfast, depart Samburu and drive to Sweetwaters, located in the Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive in the conservancy, which is home to a large number of rhinos, chimpanzees, and the Big Five. Visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary and learn about the important conservation efforts being made to protect these endangered primates. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4 : Sweetwaters to Lake Bogoria - Flamingo Viewing
After an early breakfast, drive to Lake Bogoria, known for its hot springs and geysers. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge. In the afternoon, explore the lake’s shores and marvel at the thousands of flamingos that congregate here, creating a stunning pink hue against the water. You may also spot other bird species and enjoy the unique geothermal features of the area. Return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5 : Lake Bogoria to Lake Nakuru - Bird Watching Safari
After breakfast, depart Lake Bogoria and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its flamingo populations and diverse wildlife. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a game drive around the park, where you can spot rhinos, lions, and a variety of bird species. Enjoy the breathtaking views from Baboon Cliff and return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6 : Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara - Big Five Safari

Day 7 : Full Day in Masai Mara - Game Drives and Cultural Experience

Day 8 : Masai Mara to Nairobi - Departure

Depending on your flight schedule, you can have lunch in the city and some time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing.
