Day 1 : Fly From Zanzibar To Selous Game Reserve

Board a short flight from Zanzibar to Selous Game Reserve, one of Africa’s largest and most pristine wilderness areas. Upon arrival, enjoy an afternoon game drive, spotting elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and an array of bird species. Check in to a luxurious lodge or tented camp along the Rufiji River and enjoy a scenic sunset dinner.

Begin your day with a morning game drive, exploring Selous’ diverse landscapes, including open plains, woodlands, and wetlands. Later in the afternoon, take a boat safari along the Rufiji River, where you’ll see hippos and crocodiles up close while enjoying birdwatching and beautiful scenery. Return to camp for an evening by the campfire.
