Amboseli National Park | Game and Mountain Vistas

You will depart to Amboseli National Park famous for booming big game population and views of tall Mount Kilimanjaro. After lunch, take a walk around exploring the beautiful acacia woodland, freshwater swamps, scrub brush and open plains looking for wildlife. Part of the park is composed of a dried-up lakebed, where mirages rise from the shimmering heat. (B L D)

Amboseli National Park | Mountainside Sightings

Wake up in the morning to the beautiful sunshine, after your breakfast spend your morning hours watching elephants, zebras and wildebeests along the saltpan trails. After lunch relax before your afternoon game drive. (B L D)

As you cross the Great Rift Valley, stop for a Market Visit in Mto wa Mbu, where stalls brim with vibrant local produce. Arrive at Gibb’s Farm, nestled on the forested slopes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Wake up in the morning, after breakfast  prepare for  a full-day game drive in Ngorongoro Crater to experience  the panoramic, short-grass prairies along the crater floor, home to rare black rhinos as well as lions, hyenas and gazelle. Meet colorfully dressed Maasai herdsmen, who reside in this gorgeous setting. In the afternoon take a walk in Maasai village to experience their culture and traditions. . (B L D)

Days 8-10: Serengeti National Park | Fascinating Excavations

 Rise up in the morning and prepare to depart to Serengeti National Park. On your way visit the archaeologically rich Olduvai Gorge Drive. Huge part of Tanzania land host earth’s last remaining wildlife spectacles: the annual Great Migration, when thousands of wildebeest trek across the Serengeti plains in search of water and fresh grass — hungry predators following in their wake. Over the next two days, your adventure may reveal giraffes, wildebeests, elephants and much more on morning and afternoon game drives through the boundless Serengeti, home of one of the largest wildlife populations in the world. Keep your camera at the ready for a pack of cheetahs, herd of buffalo or pride of lions. Here, too, reside over 500 species of birds, among them eagles, who glide effortlessly above the sun-soaked landscape. (B L D)
